Our Beer
BLONDE
Alexander Blonde is an ale. It’s our interpretation of the Belgian Blonde style. With its richness in flavors and aromas, but with lower alcohol, that suits our Israeli weather and temperament. Our Blonde has floral and fruity aromas and a heavenly balance between hop’s bitterness and malt’s sweetness.

AMBREE
Alexander Ambrée is our interpretation of the French country Bière de Garde style – that’s almost extinct. In recent years, with the revival of craft beer in Europe and the US, this style was rediscovered and many craft breweries offer their personal interpretation to it. The beer’s amber color comes from using special roasted malts that give the beer – apart from its reddish color – a special complexity of flavors and aromas

ISRAELI WHEAT
A non-conventional wheat beer, nice white head, cloudy gold, very fresh light and drinkable.
GREEN
Alexander Green is a hoppy beer based on the known IPA style but with our Israeli twist. The hops are at the front – starting with a wonderful fruity aroma of grapefruit, guava, mango and other fruits. At the mouth, smooth sweetness and full body balanced by a grapefruit like long lasting bitter finish.

BLAZER
A strong golden ale, nice white head, smooth creamy maltiness followed by an exact balancing round bitterness, dry long finish, very drinkable and hard to believe it holds 8% ABV.
BLACK
Alexander Black is our winter seasonal, Created with the inspiration of the dark warming winter beers. It’s a black complex robust ‘Porter’ beer. It offers the rich flavors and aromas of dark chocolate, espresso and dried fruits.

BOCK
Alexander BOCK is a German-style beer brewed using a traditional, extra-long process that brings perfect balance and harmony to all its ingredients, creating a beer rich with deep and wonderful flavors.
With every sip, you can taste the aromas and flavors of the malt and classic hop varieties.
The texture is smooth and creamy, and when everything comes together — you get an outstanding beer that's simply a joy to drink!

FEST LAGER
Alexander’s Lager is crafted in the style of a Festbier – the traditional beer enjoyed at the world’s largest beer festival, Oktoberfest.

Alexander SAISON is a long-standing Belgian-style beer called Season
Season (French for Season) This is the beer they made in farmhouses in southern Belgium for the summer season to quench thirst when working hours in the fields and heat.
ALEXEIDER

The result: a Thai Pale Ale – or simply, THAIPA – a beer bursting with the flavors and aromas of the IPA world.

A vibrant Israeli cherry beer – and that's exactly where its name comes from.
We brew it with real cherries, delivering a bold burst of color, flavor, and aroma.

BARLEY WINE
Every year, a new edition of our Barley Wine is released, aged in oak barrels — and each vintage brings its own unique character.
This particular edition matured in a blend of three types of whiskey barrels: bourbon barrels, rye whiskey barrels, and Israeli whiskey barrels from the Milk & Honey Distillery.
A rich, complex beer full of depth and bold flavors.

THAIPA

TAIZU
This beer is the fruit of a collaboration between Chef Yuval Ben Neriah and Alexander Brewery. It is a beer that grows directly out of Yuval’s kitchen, with the use of yuzu, which carries the scents and flavors of Japan, and from our home — the fresh yuzu we use is grown right next to us in the Alon family orchards in Emek Hefer. 5% alcohol.
